Sydney, October 21 2011 - Servcorp won the Innovation in Export Award at the NSW Premier's Export Awards last night at the Le Montage, Leichhardt. The award tops off the biggest expansion year in Servcorp's history and was achieved whilst simultaneously recording strong profit growth.
In the 2010-11 financial year Servcorp increased its full-year mature-floor net profit before tax by 24 per cent, added 10 new cities to their offerings, added 39 new ‘floors' to their buildings (from just 77 to 116) and entered the challenging US space whilst continuing to succeed in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and China.
The Innovation in Export Award is given to the business that demonstrates the strongest commitment to innovation in global exporting, including the viability of the company, marketing strategy and competitive edge of product/service in marketplace. Servcorp won against Australian Pictorials, eMite, EverX and LeadBolt.
Sustainability was the theme of the 2011 awards. The resource minimising Virtual Office product and the Green Office project are Servcorp's key sustainability focuses. The Virtual Office product involves minimum incremental investment and overheads as it leverages off the existing infrastructure required for the Serviced Office business.

It is a great testament to the dedication and hard work of our staff from around the world, especially our 250 strong staff in the US, Japan and the Middle East which are our three biggest services export market” said Servcorp's Executive Director Taine Moufarrige.
Moufarrige said Servcorp continues to establish an enviable record in Australia, with export growth occurring in more recent times. He views it as a privilege to be recognized amongst household names as a growing Australian brand pioneering the way for global business and export.
